Entry Deadlines

All entries must be made on the official entry form.

• Indoor entries must be received by Friday 4.30pm, October 30, 2026. 
• Cattle entries must be received by 4th November 2026.
• Horse entries must be made online via www.eventsecretary.com.au by 2nd November 2026.
• Wool entries must be received by 5th November 2026.
• Poultry entries must be made by 7th November, 2026.

Entry forms can be submitted in person during office hours:

• October 19th-23th – 10am-2pm
• October 26th-30th – 9am-5pm

Entries may also be posted to Millicent A H & P Society Inc, PO Box 202, Millicent 5280.
If posting, please make sure that enough time is allowed for entries to be received.

Entry Fees

Entry fees must be paid at time of entry. These may be paid in person during office hours:

• October 19th-23th – 10am-2pm
• October 26th-30th – 9am-5pm

Bank Transfer is also available. Please use your surname as your reference.

Once your bank transfer is complete email treasurer@millicentshow.com with your deposit details.

Prize Money

Prize money will be distributed on the day of exhibit for all outdoor sections.
For indoor sections prize money can be collected between 4.30pm-5.00pm on Saturday 7th November 2026 in the Main Hall.
All other prize money can be collected from the Show Office between 10am-1pm on Tuesday 10th November 2026.
Monies not collected on this day will be forfeited.
